This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel, the fastest check-in & check-out I’ve seen all life, they gave me all what I need, basically they exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to Mr. Abdurahman the duty manager who appreciates the number of times I stayed at the hotel.

We had a truly exceptional experience at Rotana Amman. Although we faced an issue with our initial room, the hotel staff handled it with such professionalism and generosity — they upgraded us to a better room free of charge, without asking for even a single extra penny. The hotel is elegant, clean, and well-managed. The team was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. everything! would like to thank Rahaf at the reception. we had booked a deluxe category and rahaf gave us an excellent deal where we got upgraded to junior suite. the difference was hardly anything and the deal was so tempting that we couldn’t deny. loved the view, room, facilities like free entry to club lounge rotana on 42 floor… would love to thank Hasán in club rotana lounge too. kind, polite and friendly. he assisted us well. especially when he learned that we are Vegetarians he made sure we don’t go hungry. thanks Hasan. would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Abdali mall is like 2-3 mins walk.

The hotel is amazing and a very warm recommendation to anyone travelling to Amman. It is located in the new part of Amman right next to a shopping mall and a boulevard with all the restaurants, and still only 10 mins away from old city center with Uber. The hotel is very clean, stylish and modern; we had a room on the 10th floor with an amazing view over the entire city. Staff there was super nice and helpfull.

The room was nice and spacious. It had an amazing view of the city and was functional in terms of the amenities that were offered. One of my favorite things was the view from the lounge on the 42 floor. The Wi-Fi was fast and allowed for business meetings to be conducted without a problem. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay, and this was my second time here. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my visit was as comfortable as possible.
