everything! would like to thank Rahaf at the reception. we had booked a deluxe category and rahaf gave us an excellent deal where we got upgraded to junior suite. the difference was hardly anything and the deal was so tempting that we couldn’t deny. loved the view, room, facilities like free entry to club lounge rotana on 42 floor… would love to thank Hasán in club rotana lounge too. kind, polite and friendly. he assisted us well. especially when he learned that we are Vegetarians he made sure we don’t go hungry. thanks Hasan. would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Abdali mall is like 2-3 mins walk.

Hassan El Shaib at 42 floor Receptionists is a very nice guy and highly professional employee I ever seen in 5 stars hotel by providing very fast service and nice in dealing and welcoming the guests.

The hotel is amazing and a very warm recommendation to anyone travelling to Amman. It is located in the new part of Amman right next to a shopping mall and a boulevard with all the restaurants, and still only 10 mins away from old city center with Uber. The hotel is very clean, stylish and modern; we had a room on the 10th floor with an amazing view over the entire city. Staff there was super nice and helpfull.

I enjoyed my stay here especially at the club on the 42th floor. Rajai and Hassan from the business lounge were very welcoming and helpful. In fact, I spent most of my time there and these people added value to the lounge’s vibes.

This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. The staff are amazing friendly. The staff from The Concierge from the reception and even the lady at the breakfast hostess or super friendly and made you feel like you’re at home. The service is super quick and anything that you want the hotel will make it their job to do. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This was our second stay at the Rotana. it’s a nice, comfortable hotel. We got upgraded to a high level corner suite - great views, comfy bed, spacious. there were a few things that felt a little tired though since our last stay. the shower drain was somewhat blocked and the shower nozzle adjuster was broken. the phone by the bed also broken. the breakfast was not as fancy as it was previously- gone was the honeycomb stand and the donut stand. but the breakfast was still nice. It’s also in a great location - be sure to check out the eateries and mall below. maybe ask for a view facing away from the new W Hotel

Excellent design, state-of-the-art facilities, upgraded to corner room on 20th floor with view of Amman. Close proximity to the Boulevard, with great restaurants and cafés. Room had a bidet that did not work, and minibar which was empty, although I understand there may not be enough demand. Extensive gym and attentive spa staff, spa facilities have rainforest shower, sauna and steam room. Coffee and dates are provided complimentary throughout the day in the lobby, which I found a nice touch.

Great location, great facilities, great hospitality, wonderfull clean room and really spacious. Great variety by breakfast buffet. The waiters took really good care of us and were constantly present to provide what we needed.
